Have you ever felt your faith strengthened as you’ve chosen to stay true to God, even when other voices try to pull you in different directions?

Elder David A. Bednar recently stated, “As mortal beings, we are in absolute and never-ending need of Heavenly Father’s and the Savior’s help to realize our eternal destiny.”1 In a world filled with competing influences, we can turn to Them for the clarity, strength, and confidence we need to remain true.

This week’s study helps us see that pattern more clearly. Like King Hezekiah, we can choose to turn to Heavenly Father when external threats feel overwhelming. As we do so, we can trust that Heavenly Father will guide and strengthen us.
